RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional experience in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointments, office communications, customer follow-up, and account information.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers and identify opportunities to help with their insurance needs.
- Conduct proactive outreach and follow up on leads, referrals, and customer opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer relationships, referrals, proactive outreach, and community involvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, sales, or relationship-building role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable balancing front-office responsibilities with proactive sales and business-development activities.
- Confident initiating conversations, asking for referrals, following up with prospects, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Comfortable learning and using technology, CRM systems, and new processes.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
