ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Pierre Granger - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a busy, team-driven environment and takes pride in building strong customer relationships. While this is an entry-level role, there is real opportunity for growth for those who fully engage, pursue licensing, and become an active part of our close-knit office team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and pursue state insurance licensing.

This position begins with a starter salary but is designed as the first step in a career path. Team members who commit to professional development, obtain licensing, and fully integrate into the agency can advance to higher-level roles such as Account Manager — and for the right person with drive and dedication, the path can lead all the way to agency ownership. Compensation: $16.00 per hour
